Have a basic knowledge of company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

Must have computer skills and knowledge of google workspace.

Job Description:

Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring service excellence in line with brand standards.

Handle VIP guest check-ins, long-stay arrivals, and effectively resolve guest and internal complaints.

Manage staffing: recruitment, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, cleanliness standards, guest safety, and accurate documentation.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Drive productivity through multi-tasking, cost control, and performance monitoring (KPIs).

Maximize room revenue via up-selling, yield management, and effective inventory control.

Support budgeting, financial reporting, and execution of annual business and marketing plans.

Maintain quality standards in public areas and ensure readiness of VIP/special request rooms.

Foster teamwork, innovation, and a guest-centric service culture within the department.
