Job Responsibilities
Analyze HR data, including employee performance, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics
Identify trends and insights to help improve HR processes and decision-making
Provide regular reports to HR leadership on key HR performance indicators
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency
Conduct audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws
Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
Support HR projects, including employee surveys, training programs, and system upgrades
Assist with payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in HR operations
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Operations Analyst or similar analytical role
Strong proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge of HR metrics, data analysis techniques, and HR systems
Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
