Job brief
We are looking for a Sales Development Rep with excellent communication and prospecting abilities to join a Food and Beverage company.
Job Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing key administrative tasks, facilitating trade shows, and conducting inside sales outreach. This role ensures smooth sales operations and effective customer relationship management from initial contact through the sales process.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer database and records
Sales Support: Assist sales directors, collaborate with the sales team, maintain accounts, process customer orders timely, and generate reports
Tradeshow Facilitation: Coordinate logistics, assist with booth design/setup, branding, and create new marketing materials
Inside Sales: Make 100 cold calls per week, generate new prospects, follow up with leads, meet metrics set by the Sales Director, research customers, and assess potential customers
Other Duties: As assigned
Ideal Candidate:
2-4 years of inside sales or customer service/sales support experience, especially in the food ingredient industry
Bachelor's degree
Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
