As our Lead Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our rides, attractions, and systems are operating safely and efficiently, helping to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests — every single day!

Qualifications & Experience

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.

Perform and oversee maintenance on rides, cinema equipment, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and more!

️ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Assist with exhibit setup/take-down, shipping, custodial support, food equipment maintenance, and more.

Support and coach technicians to ensure high performance and safe practices.

Take the lead on daily operations and ensure smooth open/close procedures.

React quickly to minimize downtime and keep the guest experience seamless.

What You Bring to the Team:

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree a plus

2+ years of technical experience, preferably in attractions or themed environments.

A self-starter who thrives under pressure and solves problems on the fly.

Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.

Strong technical knowledge — and always eager to learn more!

️ Familiarity with safety protocols and preventative maintenance practices.

What to Expect:

Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays

Active role with physical demands including lifting up to 70 lbs., working at heights, and handling equipment.

Work both indoors and outdoors with varying temperatures ️

Use of PPE, tools, and occasional exposure to chemicals or loud environments
