Concrete Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor in Scotland to join our client's team and travel throughout Scotland to oversee large-scale concrete pours on a full-time, permanent basis.

The candidate will ideally be based in Dundee/Glasgow and will be willing to travel.

In this role, you will supervise teams, ensure high-quality workmanship, and manage day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience setting up and pouring large concrete projects and significant managerial and organisational skills. You must also be willing to commit to extensive travel, as this is a key part of the job.

Key Duties

Responsible for managing a team of skilled labourers and subcontractors.

Managing all aspects of concrete works in accordance with drawings and specifications.

Organising plant and equipment for the work.

Working to programmes and deadlines.

Ensuring health and safety are in place and adhered to.

Carrying out quality checks.

Personal Requirements

Extensive experience in concrete works.

Excellent leadership skills.

Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

Ability to understand construction drawings.

SSSTS/SMSTS required.

CSCS required.

First Aid at Work advantageous.
