Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at the hospital, a leading provider of comprehensive eye care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the hospital's market share.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training as needed.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including referring physicians, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and hospital policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare
Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Sales management experienced, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector. Experience in ophthalmology or eye care services is a plus
