In this hands-on position, you will assist in the production of anticorrosion wax tape products. The process involves pulling wax tape from a coating solution via a machine, rolling it, and packaging. Attention to detail and the ability to meet daily quotas are key.
Duties for the Production Operator:
Operate machinery that pulls wax tape from coating solution
Roll, cut, seal, and package product simultaneously while also running machine
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform quality checks and assist with production records
Troubleshooting issues
Once fully trained in this area, the expectation is that you learn additional roles Requirements for Production Operator:
Strong initiative and desire to grow within the companyâ future leaders encouraged to apply
Team lead and basic maintenance experience is preferred
Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility
Solid basic math skills (arithmetic, percentages)
Critical thinker with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and meet daily production quotas
Patience, strong attention to detail, and consistency in task execution
Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing throughout the entire shift
Must report to work reliably and on time Shift for the Production Operator:
1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
