Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

Currently, we have an opportunity for a talented and competitive Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This critical role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Duties

Assists with the annual budget and quarterly forecast process for Dorman Products

Analyzes, summarizes and monthly results versus prior year, budget and forecast

Assists with the preparation of the monthly business review presentation in a timely manner

Supports the month end closing process by reviewing and understanding variances to PY, Budget and Forecast

Provides ad hoc analysis to support business requests to aid in decision making

Enhances and supplements to the existing reporting process leveraging Hyperion, Business Objects and Qlik

Develops and publishes weekly KPI’s to the business leaders

Qualifications

Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially excel

Familiarity with Hyperion and/or NetSuite preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Integrity and detail oriented

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

MBA and/or CPA preferred

3-5 years of progressive finance and accounting roles including FP&A
