BIOINFORMATICS ANALYST I, MED, School of Medicine, Computational

We are seeking a bioinformatics software engineer to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of a software tool for the generation, storage, organization, and interactive retrieval of omics signatures.

The position will require database, software development, and interface development skills, as well as the ability to analyze data from multiple omics assays (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, etc.). The position will also require proficiency in R, SQL, and API programming, as well as containerization and cloud deployment fluency.

Required Skills

Role requires Bachelor's plus 1-3 years of experience or Master's degree in related field.
