The HRIS Analyst will play a vital role in supporting our growing organization by ensuring our HR systems are efficient, accurate, and aligned with our business goals. This is a high-impact position that requires strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Manage and maintain our HR systems (uKG or UltiPro preferred, but not required).
Configure, test, and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
Integration Management:
Oversee and maintain integrations with payroll, benefits, and other HR systems.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data flow.
User Support & Training:
Provide excellent customer service to HR and other departments.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency.
Project Management:
Participate in HRIS projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a related role.
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (UltiPro or UKG experience highly preferred, but not required).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
