Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced IT Subject Mater Expert Senior to join our team to support our government clients. The IT Subject Matter Expert will provide expert-level support for IT systems, platforms, and applications. They will conduct code reviews, provide architectural guidance, and recommend solutions to manage technical debt. Additionally, they will lead innovations as an Enterprise/Systems/Solution Architect in a Scaled Agile environment and ensure adherence to DevSecOps practices. The role involves participating in agile ceremonies, guiding the team through technical challenges, refining user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Subject Mater Expert Senior, you will:

Provide technical oversight of solutions, conduct code reviews, provide expert guidance on architecture.

Proactively provide recommendations to manage technical debt.

Recommend and lead innovations and serve in roles such as Enterprise/Systems/Solution Architect in a Scaled Agile environment.

Recommend development and DevSecOps practices and ensure adherence to practice through reviews.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring alignment with sprint goals.

Contribute to the refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the team understands and delivers on technical requirements within the agile framework.

Responsible for technical guidance, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables produced by the contract team.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Eligible to obtain and maintain Top Security Clearance.

10+ Years experience with SharePoint including SharePoint Server version and SharePoint Online

5+ Years experience with Power Platform

2+ Years experience with ActiveDocs

ITIL V4 Foundation

Certification in Power Platform

At least one cloud fundamentals certification

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
