Associate Inside Sales Representative

Essential Functions

- Supports the Sales Team with Order Entry, Quote Entry, Quote Preparation, Sourcing and Costing, Customer Expedites, etc.

- Works within a defined set of Best Business Practices that are a subset of the Inside Sales role. Includes Order Entry, Quote Entry, Quote Follow-Up, Sourcing, Customer Service, and CRM.

- Responsible for managing customer information in SAP and CRM. Includes updating Customer information, Prospects and Contacts and maintaining in the system. Uses SAP CRM information to enhance customer service experience. Communicates with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Purchasing and Management on new developments, sourcing and customer information.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
