Infrastructure Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Operations Team Leader on behalf of our client to manage a team of engineers, ensuring robust and scalable IT systems. This role involves driving operational excellence, maintaining infrastructure, and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers.

Oversee vulnerability and patch management.

Ensure service availability and reliability.

Contribute to IT governance and compliance.

Implement new functionalities while maintaining existing services.

Identify and manage risks to prevent outages.

Adhere to ITIL processes.

Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Maintain vendor relationships.

Document processes and standards.

Qualifications:

Strong team management experience.

Expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft, Dell, Citrix, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, PowerShell, security products, and storage management.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL processes, networking, O365, and systems monitoring.
