We’re looking for a Solutions Architect, GTM Technology to help one of our major client to drive the architecture of the Demand to Order process, including lead and opportunity management, pricing, quoting, contracting, and renewal management to support PLG and SLG growth strategies.
This is a high-impact role where you will influence revenue processes, product pricing, contract modifications, and monetization strategies, enabling scalability and automation in revenue operations.

Lead GTM System Architecture & Strategy
Design and optimize Salesforce architecture to support Demand to Order and Time to Value processes.
Architect workflows, automations, and integrations that support all stakeholders in the GTM organization
Ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance in revenue operations workflows.
Responsible for the reliability and scalability of GTM systems at Webflow
Lead GTM Monetization Architecture & Strategy
Design and optimize Salesforce CPQ architecture to support PLG & SLG business models.
Architect pricing, packaging, discounting, contract modifications and commissions planning for self-serve and enterprise sales motions.
Partner with RevOps, Finance, Legal, and Product to redesign and optimize business processes as the company evolves monetization models and drive automation.
Define best practices for pricing logic, approvals, renewals, and revenue forecasting.
Lead Process Automation & Optimization for Demand to Order and Time to Value
Review current business processes for optimization and automation opportunities, always considering future business goals and expectations
Enhance automated contract modifications for subscription billing, multi-year agreements, and enterprise deals.
Drive the foundation for analytics and reporting for pricing performance, churn analysis, account and commissions planning and revenue forecasting.
Drive Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as the bridge between the Revenue + RevOps, Enterprise Applications, Finance, Legal, and Engineering organizations to align GTM technology.
Provide technical guidance on new product launches, discount strategies, and expansion motions.
Provide technical guidance on supporting new or existing business capabilities in context of the full GTM technology stack
About you:
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems role in a SaaS company.
Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including pricing strategies, contract modifications, and renewals.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite), Commissions system (CaptivateIQ), Marketo, Outreach, Workday and their integrations with Salesforce.
Experience supporting both PLG (self-service growth) and SLG (enterprise sales) motions.
Proficiency in API integrations, middleware tools (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi), and automation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process optimization & automation.
Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and communication skills

Have strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, revenue recognition, and finance workflows.
Have experience with usage-based billing models and dynamic pricing.
Are familiar with subscription management platforms like Zuora, Chargebee, or Salesforce Billing.
Have knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting for data automation.
