Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions

Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment

Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services

Participate in discharge planning for hospitalized patients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems

Work Experience/Requirements:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license

Master's degree in nursing or related field

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices

Current DEA registration if applicable
