Now Hiring: Assistant Controller (REMOTE/ HYBRID)

Office Location: Alpharetta, GA (Remote/ Hybrid)

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (DOE)

Required: 4+ years of Financial Audit Experience

We’re seeking a detail-driven Assistant Controller to join our growing team in the Greater Atlanta area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial audit background who’s ready to step into a leadership position, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial operations and accounting personnel

Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and reporting systems

Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal/state regulations, and tax requirements

Analyze financial data to identify trends, reduce risk, and improve ROI

Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of financial auditing experience

Prior leadership in accounting or financial reporting functions

Strong command of GAAP, internal controls, and tax compliance

CPA required

Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and work cross-functionally

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
