A leading global quantitative and systematic investment manager is looking for an End User Computing Analyst to join their Global Infrastructure Team. This firm operates across a range of liquid asset classes, using a technology- and data-driven approach to deliver strong returns through collaboration and innovation.
In this role, you'll be supporting and enhancing the end-user computing environment, working across virtual desktops, Microsoft 365, Teams, Surface Hubs, and AV technologies. Your focus will be on delivering seamless user experiences to support core business functions such as trading, research, and data operations.
Key responsibilities:
Configure and support Windows 10/11 environments, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
Manage automated Windows builds using Autopilot, Intune, and scripting frameworks.
Administer Microsoft Teams, including Teams Rooms and AV integration.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
Manage device policies, compliance, and patching through Intune.
Provide 2nd- and 3rd-line support across desktop and VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware).
Troubleshoot and maintain AV solutions including Surface Hubs and conferencing systems.
Oversee lifecycle management of end-user hardware.
Drive adoption and training around collaboration tools and desktop tech.
You'll need:
Extensive experience in enterprise End User Computing environments.
Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Intune, Entra ID, and PowerShell.
Experience with Citrix DaaS or similar VDI platforms.
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Teams administration.
Familiarity with AV and conferencing systems (e.g., Crestron, Logitech, Yealink).
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and security.
