We're Hiring: E-Commerce Product Catalog Specialist

Are you a spreadsheet wiz who loves structure, organization, and the details that make a product shine online? Join our growing e-commerce team at Zadok Jewelers, where you'll be the go-to expert for managing and curating our extensive catalog of fine jewelry and luxury watches.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, is highly detail-driven, and has experience growing a product catalog from the ground up. Bonus points if you've worked with Shopify, handled vendor product data, or enjoy optimizing listings for SEO and Google Shopping. What You'll Do:

Manage, update, and enrich product listings across Shopify and our inventory systems

Organize product data from multiple luxury vendors and ensure accuracy across attributes

Support new launches, gift guides, and marketing campaigns by uploading and merchandising products on time

Write or implement SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and tags

Ensure catalog accuracy across platforms like Google Merchant Center and Meta

Troubleshoot syncing issues and support product feed performance

Work with the team to find smarter ways to automate and scale our catalog operations

What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or product data entry (luxury, fashion, or jewelry a plus)

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (you love a good formula)

Familiarity with Shopify (bonus if you've worked with metafields)

Extreme attention to detail and love for clean data

Ability to work cross-functionally and hit deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment

Passion for fine jewelry or watches is always welcome!
