ABOUT US: We are a well-established legal services company operating in various states that has been providing our clients with top notch service. We are partnered with a 28-year-old law firm that handles Personal Injury Law. Simply put, we help individuals that are in need of legal help. Our intake team is the sole heartbeat of our business and is all done over the phone. We have developed our own unique approach towards capturing every possible sale with our marketing techniques and want to ensure each team member becomes an expert in it!

Injured people will always need good representation, and with a fully staffed marketing department we will always produce people for you to talk to. We understand that leads are the foundation for you to stay successful, and we will never stop getting people for you to talk with. In fact, we can't even keep up with all the leads we're getting! That's where you come in.

JOB ROLE: You will work from our corporate office in Palm Beach Gardens. We are going to set you up for success. HOW? With training, coaching, great leads, and providing you with the necessary tools for you to thrive. We're here to help foster you in our inside sales team because you matter to us. (Weekend ability is a requirement).

Your daily duties will consist of:

Inbound/outbound call activities.

Capturing accurate notes/information on our intake forms.

Following our proven call-flow formula with our approach.

Obtaining all necessary signatures on documents (that is your close).

We really invest into your success; however, you will need to do your part as well. Can you be a true team player and bring your phone abilities to the table?

The ability to talk on the phone all day (and actually enjoy it).

Follow our proven formula. We don't need you to reinvent the wheel. We need you to follow what works.

A hunger to become the top salesperson in our company.

Being responsible for managing leads and being punctual. We are counting on you!

PAY: We pay a base salary plus commissions. You're even getting paid while you are being trained. Your commissions will only grow as you get better. Our TOP person in this department has the potential to make over 100k a year.
