The US HQ was established in 1981, and this facility focuses on engineering, sales, and aftermarket services, catering to OEMs in the outdoor power equipment and recreational vehicle industries. With consistent YoY growth the company is looking to add commercial talent to the US based team.

Job Description

Technical Presentations: Develop and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to potential clients.

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.

Sales Support: Work with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.

Product Customization: Recommend and plan modifications to products to meet customer demands.

Problem Resolution: Assist clients in solving problems with product usage and recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.

The Successful Applicant

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

Experience: Previous experience in sales and the technology field, particularly within the marine, power sports, or lawn & garden industries.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the products' parts, functions, and processes, with the ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

Team Collaboration: Good leadership and teamwork skills
