Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager to oversee our diverse real estate portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing asset value, managing risks, and driving strategic performance across multiple property types. Oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including multi-family properties, office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties, ensuring they meet financial objectives and strategic goals.
Develop and execute tailored asset strategies to maximize asset value and drive optimal performance.
Manage the onboarding process for new assets in collaboration with acquisitions and development teams, ensuring seamless integration into the portfolio.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, operating budgets, and performance dashboards.
Analyze operating statements, market data, and trends to support data-driven decision-making and identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and third-party providers to optimize property performance, negotiate leases, coordinate maintenance, and strengthen tenant relationships.
Monitor market trends to identify and implement value-add opportunities for single-tenant and multi-tenant properties.
Develop and implement strategies to address underperforming assets within the portfolio, including identifying opportunities for turnaround or strategic disposition.
Continuously assess and mitigate risks across the portfolio by developing and implementing proactive strategies.
Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports on asset performance for leadership and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
57 years of experience in asset management, focusing on commercial real estate.
Proven track record of managing diverse real estate portfolios.
Expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
Strong understanding of market trends and real estate investment strategies.
