Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and board-certified (or board-eligible) Cardiologist to join a well-established medical group serving the Finger Lakes region of New York. The position is primarily non-invasive cardiology with responsibilities that include diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide non-invasive cardiology services, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatment for adult patients.

Perform a variety of procedures, including Echo, Nuclear Stress Tests, TEE, and Cardioversion.

Collaborate with a team of cardiologists to ensure comprehensive care.

Manage inpatient rounds at both Geneva and Penn Yan hospitals, with the opportunity to impact a diverse patient population.

Participate in call rotation (1 in 9, with a 30-mile call radius).

Review and interpret cardiology diagnostic tests and imaging results.

Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to other healthcare professionals.

Occasionally travel between hospital locations and other related sites as needed.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 4.5 days per week (Monday to Friday).

Typical work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

On-call responsibilities are 1 in 9, with a call radius of 30 miles.

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.

Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.

Experience with Echo, Nuclear, TEE, and Cardioversion procedures preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Willingness to occasionally travel between hospital locations.
