PAY RATE FOR GREETER/HOST/HOSTESS: $15.95/hour + Estimated Tips ($45 - $90/shift)

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. JOB PURPOSE:

Greeters/Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for greeting and hosting guests. Greeters utilize Din Tai Fungs text message waiting system to check in guests and seat them at the assigned tables in a manner that promotes maximum efficiency and table turnover to ultimately reduce wait times and provide a great experience for the guest.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR GREETER/HOST/HOSTESS:

We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Note:

**The starting pay rate for all Front of House employees at Din Tai Fung (Pioneer Place) is the local minimum + Tips.

**All "Restaurant Service Positions" candidates, including Server candidates, will be hired with the "Front of House Support Staff" job title and will be responsible for all duties related to the Busser, Cashier, Greeter, Food Runner/Expo, and Setter support positions. All "Front of House Support Staff" will be promoted based on performance.
