Our general dental office is looking for an experienced dental treatment coordinator with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This position is part time, 3 days per week, 24-28hrs per week, no weekends. Our ideal candidate has exceptional patient skills, and experience in scheduling, dental billing, and insurance coordination.

Responsibilities

Verification of insurance

Answering phones

Appointment Confirmations

Scheduling Appointments

Collecting at time of service

Patient Health History Update

New Patient Registration

Record keeping and filing

Continuing Care Follow Up

Requirements:

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in dental administration

Excellent communication skills

Strong math and accounting knowledge

CDT coding

HIPAA/OSHA Compliance training

Strong understanding of insurance coordination

Able to provide accurate treatment estimates and present cases to patients

Organized, punctual, and reliable

Compensation

$23 - $26 hourly
