About the Role
We’re seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to join our IT support team in Jackson, MS. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for end-user technical issues—resolving problems both remotely and onsite, and ensuring a smooth and productive IT experience for our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on desktops and laptops.
Install and configure software and peripheral hardware.
Provide remote support using a variety of tools and platforms.
Support Microsoft 365 (M365) applications.
Assist with hardware deployment and implementation.
Perform basic Active Directory user management.
Maintain accurate Help Desk records and documentation.
Prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in a Help Desk environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
Experience providing remote technical support
Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting and software installation
Experience with hardware implementation and deployment
Basic knowledge of Active Directory administration
Strong communication and organizational skills
