Position Summary: We are hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to secure a commercial office building in Downtown Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate is punctual, observant, and confident in maintaining a safe environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the building Conduct foot patrols of interior and perimeter areas Maintain detailed logs and incident reports using our reporting system.

Respond to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity professionally Provide clear communication with on-site staff and Treston Security supervisors Ensure all activity during shift is documented accurately and timely Requirements: Valid California BSIS Guard Card (required) Baton Permit (preferred if applicable) Pepper Spray Certification (preferred if applicable) Prior security, customer service, or building operations experience preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and patrol multiple floors if necessary Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently How to Apply: Join a team that values integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.
