Branch Manager

Job Description

We are a national, multi-state Staffing Company looking for a talented Branch Manager for our Myrtle Beach, SC (Charleston, SC) location to source, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients and to supervise all areas of the branch operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by providing our clients high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Job Details

· Screen job applications.

· Direct all operational aspects including customer service, administration, sales and transportation arrangements.

· Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

· Be able to meet goals.

· Manage a budget.

· Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, development and motivation.

· Ensure that the branch operates according to corporate policies and regulations.

· Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.

Mandatory Skills/Experience

· Bilingual: Spanish/English

· Valid Driver’s license

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated new business development

· Strong management and leadership skills

· Familiar with evaluating candidates for various roles and experience levels

· Well-developed customer service/relations skills
