ADT is in the process of transitioning to a hybrid in-office work model, which combines the best of in-office and remote work. New team members will work from home, but should plan to return to a hybrid in-office model at a later date. We will keep you well informed and supported throughout the transition. What You'll Do:
Perform daily deployment activities in a production and non-production environments.
Automate the compilation, continuous integration, testing, packaging, and distribution of several including mobile software components.
Develop and maintain documentation including release notes, how-to guides, and manuals.
Collaborate with product engineering teams and product owners to ensure software is delivered with the highest quality.
Identify and resolve build and/or deployment issues and collaborate with software developers and testers to find and fix them.
Manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectations.
Utilize a variety of methods to control and improve the value flow via the Agile Release Train (ART).
Set up and communicate annual calendars; plan and schedule activities.
Track and report the stability and status of product builds and release.
Help manage risks and dependencies.
Enhance and analyze DevOps and Release on Demand procedures in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline to improve the flow of value through value streams by .
Analyze and determine integration needs.
Coordinate Go-Live activities, including deployment plans and checklists go Go/No Go meetings.
What You'll Need:
3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile build and release engineering.
Experience with build tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle, and Ant).
Experience in release and deployment planning and execution.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Working knowledge of multiple tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $74,400.00 - $111,600.00 and is based on experience and qualifications
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
