Job Description

Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Process all accounts payable and receivables

Email customers invoices for payment

File all invoices, prints, quotes, etc

Perform data entry and administrative duties

Problem solves when an invoice is incorrect

Assist the Finance Department when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Fundamental knowledge of SAP

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

This is a full-time job. Monday through Friday 8:00 - 4:30

Benefits include Blue Cross/Blue Shield, paid 100% by company. Dental and optical after 1 year of service.

$15,000 Life Insurance policy.
