About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Customer Operations Specialist to
join our growing team. This pivotal role will bridge the gap between our customer
service needs and our operational systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and
exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support, managing all
aspects of the customer journey
- Utilize and master our proprietary software systems to efficiently handle customer
requests and maintain accurate records
- Identify operational inefficiencies and communicate them clearly to the development
team for process improvement
- Collaborate closely with the development team to refine and optimize both software
and manual systems
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for customer service and
operational processes
- Proactively address potential issues to minimize chargebacks, cancellations, and
customer frustration
- Provide regular feedback on system usability and suggest enhancements to improve
efficiency
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or operations roles, preferably in a tech-driven
environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and suggest solutions
