We are looking for individuals that have the drive to build, maintain and grow customer relationships to help grow with our team. We are looking for applicants that have experience in logistics sales. This position’s compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission.
**$60,000 minimum salary and 25% commission off of margin and endless leads to go after, if you don't make $100,000 in your first year we'll be surprised but zero chance you don't make that by year two**

We are looking for someone that is:
· Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
· Critical thinker and can apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues
· Long-term thinking; with the ability to identify and solve customer issues proactively
Tasks:
· Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings
· Earn and keep the trust and confidence of customers
· Recommend product solutions that fit customers needs
· Provide in depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry to customers
· Manage your load board and always ensure loads are serviced properly
· Grow your own book of business
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

Qualifications
1 year experience in client sales at a freight brokerage
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
Experience in managing a book of business
