Responsibilities
Develop and implement competitive total remuneration framework to attract, retain & motivate talents in alignment with Seatrium’s strategic objectives.
Participate in market salary surveys and conduct salary benchmarking & analysis to support competitive and sustainable remuneration practices.
Job evaluation/levelling using established methodologies to ensure that jobs are sized correctly to support salary benchmarking.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programmes and engage brokers & vendors to implement competitive employee benefits that enhance employee satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.
Manage the annual performance appraisal, salary review and bonus exercises to recognise and reward employees’ contributions.
Administer the Restricted Share Plans and Performance Share Plans in compliance with SGX guidelines.
Review human resources policies regularly to ensure compliance with labour regulations and alignment to Seatrium’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders and Finance to align compensation strategies with business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or any other relevant disciplines
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a listed-company
Deep knowledge of compensation & benefits practices, including share-based remuneration
Understanding of labour laws and related regulatory requirements
Good analytical skills and highly numerate
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and Workday
