Responsibilities
Supports the implementation and communication of programs to employees
Implements and support course requirements in the systems
Administer end-to-end management of courses (e.g., registration, approvals, confirmations, cancellations, withdrawals, replacements, attendance, completion, assessments, feedback and evaluation)
Track and update certificates, records and data
Manage invoices and payment received
Requirements
Diploma or Higher NITEC in Human Resources / Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines
Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related role
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
