Device Management

Develops standard configurations and comprehensive documentation for mobile devices, desktops, and peripherals and effective maintenance procedures

Creates clear installation and configuration procedures

Implements system configuration changes promptly based on requests

Trains EUC field support specialists and service desk engineers, enabling them to handle operations and resolve issues efficiently

Provides installation and troubleshooting backup to user support specialists and helpdesk analyst

Collaborates with service providers to address failures and resolve discrepancies

Acts as the interface between Seatrium and technology providers, ensuring smooth software integration

Software Environment Management

Maintains the desktop/mobile/peripheral software environment and software inventory meticulously

Ensures strict software license compliance

Evaluates software suitability within Seatrium's server and network environments.

Security and Controls

Configures and manages robust security controls for devices

Addresses reported software vulnerabilities proactively and manages spam/anti-virus software updates effectively

Handles security and software updates promptly

Performance Monitoring and Support

Monitors the performance of desktop/mobile/peripheral devices

Collaborates closely with field support engineers to optimize operating platforms for Seatrium's system.

Executes maintenance, backup, and recovery tasks as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in system configuration and administration

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies

Proficient in configuring and administering desktops and servers

Strong documentation skills

Excellent team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
