Registered Nurse - RN - Inpatient Unit - Per Diem

A compassionate and dedicated jobseeker is needed for the Hospice Nurse opportunity with our company! As a Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, expert care of your assigned hospice patients.

What You'll Do:

Assess patient and family educational needs and provides appropriate education

Applies nursing principles and techniques in the treatment of patients, providing nursing care, emotional support and education to patient and family

Initiate interdisciplinary plan of care to address PFC needs

Provides safe and appropriate patient care in accordance with protocols, policies, procedures and physician orders

Manages medications according to standards

Responds appropriately in emergency situations

Implements, evaluates and revises the plan of care and directs other in its implementation

Provides or facilitates the provision of emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families

Participates in the orientation of new employees

Provides supervision of all CHHA and Volunteers What You'll Bring to Our Team:

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

NJ RN license required; BSN preferred

IV and Medical Surgical Experience required

Hospice experience preferred
