Position Overview:
A skilled Infrastructure Project Manager will lead critical IT initiatives across servers, storage, databases, and networks. In this role, you'll drive projects from start to finish-planning, coordinating teams and vendors, managing risks, and ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget. You'll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals with business needs, while following enterprise architecture and risk guidelines.
Work Location: This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: First Shift - Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Work Travel: Less than 10% domestic travel.

Responsibilities:
Conduct large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects
Reconcile SOWs, timesheets, and vendor invoices
Lead complex IT projects within required budgets and deadlines
Lead full-cycle IT projects using phases and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid
Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants and clients to achieve project management goals
Minimize risk, maintaining a budget, organize schedule, and delegate resources and responsibilities for IT projects This role is open to individuals who are authorized to work in the United States and do not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects (servers, storage, networks, mainframes, or databases)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
Familiarity with enterprise IT governance, change management, and compliance protocols Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments
Working knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
Previous experience reconciling SOWs, timesheets, and vendor invoices
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or hybrid environments
