Field Management/Safety
Manage the field installation crews; including daily scheduling
Evaluate project status, ensuring quality and process control
Train, instruct and monitor activities of field installation crews
Consistently identify quality control measures and implement accordingly
Enhance quality and process control
Accountable for craft safety and compliance training for installers
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture following all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions Pre-Job Inspections
Manage pre-job inspection on all projects
Review projected materials and labor costs with recommendations for adjustments
Identify and relay potential cost savings to leadership team
Schedule and lead team meetings
Provide labor and material input as requested Project Management
Determine work plans and technical review.
Review and identify labor and materials costs
Identify and track time, materials, quality control, scope, and procurement methods.
Monitor and control field costs, make recommendations to improve resource utilization; create a sense of urgency for recommended efficiencies in labor, materials, and quality
Implement and maintain Concare's quality performance
Accountable for final QC inspection
Visit customer sites to coordinate project execution Experience and Skills
About YOU!
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field with 2-4 years' experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent with 10 years in an operations/project manager role.
Working technical knowledge of the materials, standards and codes/regulations/compliance for Concare's industry preferred.
Expert in project management with demonstrated success in project management processes; PMP and PMI or Six Sigma certification preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Database (Filemaker)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal equity, market data, the candidate's qualifications- including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications (e.g. CPA, JD). The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the company and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $95,000 through $110,000 not including other competitive benefits.
