Overview:

Softtek Government Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a public health preparedness and emergency response organization at the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Responsibilities:

Administer and supervise the furnished services for qualified/professional staffing support personnel

The Program Manager shall be capable of managing a large team of professionals in providing a wide range of services and managing assigned projects within scope and budget with little or no corporate guidance.

They are responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial, etc.).

Organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, establish, and maintain technical and management reports, oversee quality control, develop, and modify project plans, and documents, and resolve problems.

The Program Manager provides leadership to the task order team, ensures conformance to performance requirements, and assists in the overall direction of all project-level activities and personnel.

The Program Manager shall be responsible for the daily supervision of everyone employed by the contractor in their respective tasks.

The Program Manager shall maintain ongoing communication with the Federal Program Manager for this Task Order. Requirements

Required Education

B.S. Business Management or any other closely related field Required experience

10+ years of experience

Detailed oriented

Excellent communication skills

US Citizenship Preferred Certifications
