About The Role
Liaise with Production Managers to define project requirements, scopes and objectives that align with organizational goals
Coordinate internal and external resources ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
Managing deliveries/documentation/installation of machinery
Managing Installation crews onsite to ensure the project is delivered in time/on budget and to a satisfactory standard
Tracking work performed
Schedule updates and give regular updates to the UK based team/manager.
Obtaining quotations for services
Create relationships and give guidance to contractors onsite
Work with the other departments onsite to ensure good communication of activities and to consider their needs This role will be reporting to the Project Team Manager in the UK and working in conjunction with a UK based Project manager. The UK project manager and the Project Team Manager will be flying out to the US on a regular basis to support with duties. (Estimated 1 out of 4 weeks)
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and meeting with contractors when required to complete tasks such as supply machinery with services i.e., compressed air, power, extraction. The candidate will also be responsible for organizing deliveries, organizing the unload, and positioning with their ability to read blueprints. The candidate will be responsible for working with other department's on-site to make them aware of anything which may affect them i.e., delays to projects, intrusive deliveries, health, and safety items.

Proficient with computers and mobile devices for electronic communication and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office concentrations in Excel Experience
Prior experience in machine installation/construction management or similar industry preferred
