Job Summary: A Land Development Project Manager having 8-15 years of civil engineering experience is required to work on diverse projects across the public and private sectors, including mixed-use developments, government facilities, residential, commercial, office spaces, utilities, infrastructure, and mission-critical/data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.
Oversee site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design for private and public sector clients.
Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors to develop creative design solutions.
Utilize Civil3D/AutoCAD for site design, grading, and utility planning.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for land development projects.
Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Support strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project success. Must-Have:
8-15 years of experience in civil engineering land development.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in Civil3D/AutoCAD for site design and development.
Strong knowledge of stormwater management, infrastructure design, and site planning.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
