About the Role

As a Team Lead - Outbound Operations at JD Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing the outbound process, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with company standards to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily outbound operations, ensuring all shipments meet accuracy and timeliness standards.

Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to maintain efficiency and minimize errors.

Train and mentor outbound personnel to improve operational performance and adherence to company policies.

Monitor productivity and quality metrics, implementing improvements as needed.

Coordinate with shipping carriers and resolve any order fulfillment issues.

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Collaborate with other departments, including inventory and inbound teams, to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Qualifications:

2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in outbound operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience with shipping software, logistics coordination, and WMS systems.

Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
