Sr. Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to the success of our network infrastructure across multiple locations. Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Meraki network equipment across various office locations.

Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to Meraki equipment.

Monitor network performance using Meraki Dashboard and implement necessary adjustments for optimal functionality.

Provide technical support to end-users experiencing connectivity challenges.

Document installation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Stay updated on the latest developments in Meraki technology and best practices. Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience with installing and managing Cisco Meraki products in an enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and DHCP/DNS configuration.

Proficiency in using the Meraki Dashboard for monitoring and management purposes.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex network issues quickly.

Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills

Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.

Experience working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.
