Updating and monitoring ticket status and updating users.
Good understanding of SAP functionality with standard configuration for the module.
Monitoring batch-jobs and take necessary actions for cancelled and long-running jobs.
Understanding the design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions Enhancements, Forms and Workflows & identification of Std. Fiori Apps
Execution of the system unit testing and integration testing. This includes performing the test, for the changes and error resolution.
Good understanding of role design to support the day-to-day issues
