This is a float position and will require travel to provide coverage to the North Shore Bank- South network of branches.
Overview
The Float Retail Supervisor (FRS) is responsible for providing direct customer service in our Retail Branch network. The FRS will assist the Float Team and the Float Retail Manager (FRM) to provide full branch services. The FRS will help the assigned branch achieve its checking, service, and operational goals.
Leadership, flexibility, dependability, and excellent communication skills are required.
Ability to travel to any one of our locations is mandatory.

Strong flexibility in work schedule. Performs supervisory and administrative functions to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of branch operations in conformance with established bank policies and procedures. Oversees lobby and teller line and assists in the coordination and delegation of work assignments. Demonstrates leadership, accountability, dependability, professionalism, teamwork, and excellent communication skills in every interaction.

Work with the FRM to maintain open lines of communication with the Float Team and ensure timely communication of pertinent information.
Be innovative and offer new ideas on current processes/routines.
Consistently meet/exceed individual, branch, and Bank goals.
Provide ongoing input and recommendations in support of employee performance management. Operations and Compliance
Ensure compliance with the Federal and State laws as well as the Bank's policies and procedures.
May assist with the completion of required periodic audits, month end reports, and inventories in a timely manner. Education And Experience:
Associates degree or similar course work/training
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience/sales experience
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Prior Assistant Branch Manager experience is a plus
Computer skills required
Knowledge of Microsoft products a plus
Fluency in a second language is a plus
