The role of a Project Scheduler is to support the Project Manager and project team in project scheduling and project planning. The Project Scheduler will work with the battery storage organization based in the Americas, reporting to the Project Director and Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
Working in close cooperation with Energy Storage project and engineering teams, lead project scheduling efforts for battery storage projects
Develop a weekly schedule of project status in Primavera P6
Produce and manage a logic tied schedule
Issuance of a schedule status package weekly
Develop and issue resource histograms
Develop, and issue excel based variance analysis reports KPI’s
Develop cost and schedule data for baseline schedules as well as for cost reporting
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience managing schedules for EPC construction projects and project controls experience
Expert level knowledge and proficiency of scheduling tools including Primavera P6, MS Project Schedule required
Understanding of EVMS
Expert level excel user for the development of KPI’s using project controls tools
