Essential Functions:
Data Entry with strong computer and communication skills.
Accurate Data Entry and detail oriented
Exceptional ability to work with others in a team environment
Keep in touch with all late inbounds
Assist shift supervisor with other duties where needed
Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
Maintain positive and respectful attitude
Communicate effectively with supervisor and other personnel Preferred Qualifications:
2 years' in office customer service experience
Transportation experience (Preferred)
Bilingual Spanish & English Additional Skills & Abilities:
Able to handle multiple tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent phone skills
Hours are approximately Monday thru Saturday 11am till 9:30pm.
