The Project Manager will manage and support Energy Service Agreements (ESA) and Professional Services Agreements (PSA) primarily in the K-12 and municipal environment. This may also include design-build at risk agreements. This position will collaborate with internal team members and external clients and stakeholders to drive efficiency, production and effective project and construction management plans. Project Managers are accountable for managing projects within clearly defined budgets, schedules and are accountable for the quality and safety of the construction. The primary responsibility of a Project Manager is to deliver a project on-time and on-budget, resulting with a satisfied customer that SitelogIQ may use as a future project reference.
Project Manager Responsibilities
Review project estimates and preliminary designs to establish time frame/schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of
Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of
Coordinate activities of project to ensure it progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
Review status reports prepared by project personnel and coordinate modifications to schedules or plans as required.
Coordinate with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve
Serve as the primary liaison for Sales Team, Project Engineers, Customers, Internal and External Resources, and SIQ Management regarding project related
Work with Site Supervisor to establish project safety plans and
Coordinate and document quotes and proposals with vendors. Procure equipment for projects and work with vendors and subcontractors to coordinate timely deliveries of equipment.
Obtain, review, and approve subcontractor scopes of work and quotes. Work with internal team members to have contracts written and
Assist in equipment selection and manage the procurement. Assist and coordinate with the design team to maintain the budget and scope of work of the
Work with leadership on monthly budget management, project forecasting, project billing, and
Utilize the financial system for forecasting, revenue projections, and monthly
Assist in outstanding accounts receivable and collection of payments and invoices. Project Manager Qualifications
Associates degree or higher in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
3+ year of experience in the construction industry, preferably in project management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with all levels internally and externally
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient with Procore.
Familiar with scheduling capabilities in P6 or Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
PA Department of Education Federal and State Background Checks and Clearances required.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability to travel around 50% locally with some overnight travel. No agencies please
