Inpatient Occupational Therapist - Parttime Deer Valley

The Occupational Therapist at Deer Valley Med Center is responsible for evaluating, administering, and overseeing occupational therapy services for individuals with physical disabilities and functional limitations.

They develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapy techniques, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and contribute to process improvements.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, current Arizona OT license, and BLS certification.

The position is part-time with work hours from 8:00am-4:30pm.
