Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position at Life Care Center of Cheyenne offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment.

The SLP will provide direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients, requiring a minimum of a Master's degree in speech therapy, ASHA certification, state licensure, and one year of experience in post-acute care.

Essential functions include establishing and modifying treatment goals, overseeing care given by Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs, charting accurately, utilizing therapy software, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The SLP must also demonstrate good body mechanics, make independent decisions, and maintain professional relationships while adhering to company policies and procedures.
