RN Supervisor Night Shift

Summary: The job involves overseeing and supervising nursing care for residents in compliance with regulations, administering medications and treatments, maintaining resident assessments, providing IV therapy, ensuring infection control, maintaining a safe work environment, assisting in care as needed, attending meetings, supervising staff, participating in facility management, making recommendations for quality improvement, processing employee health directives, upholding regulations, participating in committees, and performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications include a nursing license, CPR certification, experience in long-term care, proficiency in English, ability to work independently and with others, effective communication skills, knowledge of medical equipment and procedures, ability to maintain confidentiality, understanding of resident rights, and organizational skills.

Supervision is received from the Director of Nursing Services.
